Leaky Shed French Curve Scroll

Happy New Year everyone!! Maggi here to share a little beach with you. Wow with all the bad winter storms, we all could use a little beach in our life right now!!

On this layout I've used the Leaky Shed French Curve Scroll to mimic the rolling action of the waves.

I've also used lots of mixed media; paints, mists, stencils, it was really a fun layout to create.  Those sea oats are a Spellbinders die that I just got, love it!!

Underneath the french scroll I've layered on some Viva Ferro Special Effect Paste Graphite to match the sand in the photo and then I added some Petaloo wild flowers mixed with some sea shells.

Here's a closeup of the Leaky Shed French Curve Scroll.  You can achieve this look by first painting your chipboard with Viva Maya Gold in olive.  Then randomly dab some glue here and there and then sprinkle with silver micro beads.  After that dried I dabbed on some white  paint to give the overall suggestion of bubbles and sea foam.  That adorable tiny starfish is a Flying Unicorn Metal Adornments.

Spellbinders cattails die.
