Hi there, Maggi here.  Its seems like forever since I last posted anything here.  We were on an extended (5 weeks!) road trip so I got all my March work done in February.  It is great to be home and in my craft room again.  I had the greatest package waiting for me when we got home,  a box full of yummy Leaky Shed chippies!

I used Leaky Shed Family and birdcage chippies on this layout.  They have been heat embossed with shabby white embossing enamel.  I  did some masking in the background with a Prima mask and Viva altgold paste & then I added some Lindy's Grab a Guy Gold mist for good measure! The metal flower on the right has been liberally sprinkled with Aged Gold embossing powder, love how that looks - molten metal on metal.

I love this vintage photo of my parents, my older brother and sweet (?) little ole me. I think the photo was taken Easter 1952. Do I look the size of a 5 month old baby?

Closeups of the birdcage and family word.
